Healthy Foods to Eat
Hello everyone, my name is Lydia Uzaru I am 10 years old. Today I will be listing some healthy foods to eat. These foods will be low in calories and will have a good amount of fiber. So here some healthy foods to eat!
First is Broccoli.
One medium stalk of broccoli is 45 calories. Here are some facts about broccoli from healthline.com. "It has 2.4 grams of fiber and 1.5 grams of sugar which is not a lot as 1 gram of sugar is only 4 calories!"
"Broccoli is also very high in protein and vitamin C." According to healthline.com "Broccoli is loaded with compounds that are believed to protect you from cancer!" Next up is Apples.

Apples are the most healthy fruit in the world! 1 small apple is 73 calories, 1 medium apple is 95 calories, and 1 large apple is 116 calories. Apples also have vitamin C in them and a good amount of fiber. They also have a lot antioxidants in them, antioxidants protect your body from free radicals and one thing free radicals can cause is cancer! Last is eggs.

If you really want to be healthy I recommend boiled eggs because they have less calories then fried eggs. Eggs are also very high in protein but does not have as much fiber as the others.
