Only got one running this week, hoping to double that next week
This is my only one that I got in this week. The pace was much slower than I'm used to running but this was a new route and it had a ton of hills early and often. It also had a bit of trail running involved and the ground was a bit more uneven than I think I was prepared for. My legs were sore for days afterwards because hope my lack of running, and the hills really tore me up
