| What do you think about the 80/20 diet? Would you follow it? Explain your answer |

I must say that i like and would implement the 80/20 diet. You know transitioning into healthy eating is not really easy especially when you start eating food that you aren't use it. To me, I feel 80/20 meal plan is good because it gives us opportunity to eat healthy 80% and then enjoy our favorite food for 20% Henceforth, I would start practicing the 80/20 diet because I want to live healthy. To implement this, I would eat healthy from Mondays to Saturdays and then eat my favorite Food and snacks on Sundays.

Out of all the various Diet mentioned in the Class, i have tried Low-Carb diet few years back when I was trying to lose weight. When I began the diet initially, I didn't get my desired result because I was inconsistent. But after a while I started all over and was consistent and I losed some weight and got back in shape.

Formula for Calculating daily consumption of water.
Using the Formula: Bodyweight x 0.033
My body weight is 58 kg and therefore.
58 kg x 0.033= 1.914 Litres
So, I'm supposed to take 1.914 Liters of water per day. Honestly, I think I drink more than this per day but since 1.914 Litres is what is recommended for my body weight I will stick to that henceforth.

I don't joke with water, infact once I wakes up in the morning, first thing I do is to take a Glass of water. I also try as much as possible to drink water often throughout the day inorder to stay hydrated and also be healthy. I know the importance of water in our lives, so I don't joke with it.

Just as health food is important to the body, Sleep is very essential for the body and I don't joke with it. I try to sleep for about 7 to 9 hours everyday.

This is a routine I have come to start practicing after going through last week 's Lecture. Prior to the Last Class, I eat more of junk but that has changed and I'm currently eating healthy.

Fried Egg and Potatoes fried in Butter

My healthy dish would be Potatoes fried in butter, taking it along with Eggs fried in Butter too.
