What a lovely post to read as I sit here on Thanksgiving morning about to spend time with some of my dearest. I am very blessed to have a few wonderful people who have been there for me in low times. One of my dearest friends is the best hugger! We get laughed at sometimes for our 20 second hugs, but there is such power in genuine contact made in a loving manner.
