healthcare mess

I am a retire physician with over thirty years experience. I have operated on many thousands of patient and was CEO of a 400+
multi-specialty physician group.
Heathcare is this country is a mess because it costs too much and because of these costs is not delivered equally to everyone in our society. Universal healthcare will never be popular in this country but a system which delivers the SAME care to everyone, the insurance for which is based upon income CAN work IF overall costs are reduced significantly
