Ginabot is great. Highly recommended.

It hadn't replaced Steemworld.org for me, because getting notified of every vote and comment is too much, but I use it for the more important and rarer notifications, to help alert me to them immediately.

Using it to find mentions of yourself is really great, and I highly recommend doing that as you start getting bigger, or to find your influence spreading.
