Quick update on the previous post + Ask your company for donation

Hey Steemians, been a while, hope you all are doing great..You might have read my previous post on Kerala Flood where over 400 people lost their lives, millions displaced and accounted loss of over $3Bn.

I have personally donated $100 and the company i work for have agreed to match the amount that we donate as well.

So if you put $10 they will match your donation $10 to make it $20.
Since i donated $100 the company matches the $100 making the total $200 :)

Days have been tough in different parts of the world. Floods, hurricane, landslides...in Hongkong, Macau, Philippines, parts of USA...

We all would like to help but what if we could double the help we can give. Many MNC's have funds set aside to donate for various causes and some even match the donations that you make.

If you are from any of the affected areas and you or any of your friends are working for MNC's ask them to contact their HR and check if they have any disaster relief programs. I have got in touch with the company representative and they have approved a grant of $50,000 with is nothing less than awesome :)
