I don't see any way to edit my profile information, add pictures of myself or add pictures to this post. My first thought, looking at this, is I don't know what to do.
You can't edit your profile or profile pic yet. You can add pictures by clicking the image button and adding a link to an image. You'll need to upload it to a website such as imgur.com first.
