I cannot power down or cash out - please assist

Hello,

In the past, I put a great deal of time, effort and energy into contributing here on Steemit.

I have long been unable to power down. When I try to power down, I get an error message that says "Unable to power down (ERROR: Transaction broadcast error.)"

How can I overcome this problem as I want to cash out my hard earned Steemit. I could also perhaps consolidate it herein and then send it to an exchange.

Please assist.
