B) heimindanger is the creator and developer of dtube, which is a video format for steemit. I think that it is going to do some big things for the platform and while they are still getting some issues figured out (it is brand new after all), they seem to be really supporting those steemians who use their platform through upvotes. I like to think of this as a nice thank you and encouragement to keep doing so. I know many people have a few complaints about it, but I think it is important to look at every social platform that is widely used today and how they started out. There were gliches...it wasn't user friendly etc. They need time to work these things out just like dtube does...I believe it is an amazing addition to the steemit platform.
