3 Simple Ways to Getting Rid of

in #helpwithfear3 years ago

There is no other way to put it than fear is your adversary. I'm not talking about the natural life-saving activity that occurs when a wild animal approaches you, combined with a significant increase in adrenaline. I'm referring to the concerns that people face on a daily basis.

Fear is your adversary. Fear has been described as "sand in the mechanism of existence" by someone. Fear is a hindrance, not a help. Fear holds you in the hallway rather than getting you through an open door. Fear never allows you to put your best foot forward; instead, it keeps both of your feet firmly planted on the ground.

Today's psychology teaches us to "learn to live with our anxieties," "embrace our concerns," and "it's acceptable to have fears."

It's true that many people are afraid. There are also some who are attempting to learn to live with and embrace their phobias.

But, if it's normal to have concerns, why does the Bible mention being delivered from them all?

Consider this: if it's normal to have fears, yet you don't, you're obviously odd, right? So, why would God want you to be out of the ordinary?

He doesn't have any. He genuinely wants you to be free of all your concerns.

Fear has many different elements and facets. One of the most significant is the worry of what others may think of you. Because they are afraid of what others may think, people do things, say things, and even buy things.

People frequently join clubs or groups because they are concerned that if they do not, others will judge them negatively.

People say certain things and speak in specific ways because they are terrified of saying the wrong thing in front of the wrong people.

People buy things because they are afraid of not measuring up to people around them. The list goes on and on.

You are not obligated to live in terror. Here are three easy steps to overcoming fear.

To begin, acknowledge that God actually loves you and that His love is unconditional. Nothing, according to the Bible, can separate you from God's love. Nothing. His feelings for you will never alter!

Second, ask God to assist you in overcoming all of your fears. He has promised to take away all of your worries. His wish for you is a life free of fear.

Third, make decisions based on what is best for you rather than what others may think. Stop attempting to please everyone since you'll never be able to. You'll never, ever be perfect in everyone's eyes, so don't even try.

Ask yourself, "Why am I making this decision?" whenever you make a decision. Is it motivated by fear? Regardless of what others say, make decisions based on what is right and beneficial for your life.
You don't have to be afraid to live.
