4 herbs for better sleep

If you have trouble sleeping, you do not have more to torture yourself. A few "magical" herbs will help you fight off insomnia and its negative effects. Find out who they are.

Many women with hormonal imbalance suffer from sleep disorders like waking several times during the night or at all impossible to sleep a long time.

The reasons that lead to these violations may be much like not all of them are hormonal . However, they all violate the normal course of daily life makes a person irritable and exhausted . It also reduces its performance and functions of memory.

Fortunately, there are some herbs that can help to limit these sleep disturbances .

Tea.

You can take advantage of the properties of tea of lavender, chamomile and passionflower . Valerian is not the most delicious herb in the world, which is why most people prefer capsules or tincture .

Dried herbs.

Take a small cotton bag and fill it with hypnotic dried herbs of your choice. Before going to bed, massage the bag in his hands to release of its oils. Breathe deeply several times from dried herbs , then put the bag under your pillow .

Tincture.

Each of the above herbs can be consumed as a tincture. A tincture is an extract alcohol-based, so there is a strong influence of tea . Valerian works well as a tincture for insomnia and anxiety.

Homeopathy.

As already mentioned, there are homeopathic preparations passion that can help a person with sleep disturbances. Chamomile is also effective in this form, especially for children.

I am an insomniac and I hope these herbs work for me too .... 😞

As a woman who struggles with healthy sleeping patterns, I love this! My mother and grandmother have the same issues--even when we take the time to get a full 8 hour sleep session in, the amount of "deep" sleep we get is minimal (my grandmother's fitbit measures her deep sleep time as usually less than 5 hours/night).

In addition to herbs/homeopathy, the benefits of exercise and meditation should be considered for their sleeping benefits. Doing just 15 pushups/squats/lunges seems insignificant, but makes a huge difference for the body. Follow that up with a 5 minute timed session of mindfulness meditation per day, and that chattering voice in the back of the mind is much more at-ease when its time to get some shut-eye.
