Hero Honda
Hero Honda was one of the most popular motorcycle companies in India and Nepal. It was formed in 1984 as a joint venture between India’s Hero Cycles and Japan’s Honda Motor Company. The company became famous for producing affordable, fuel-efficient, and reliable motorcycles for everyday riders.
Hero Honda introduced many successful bikes such as the Splendor, Passion, and CD Deluxe. These motorcycles were especially popular because they gave good mileage and required low maintenance. The company played an important role in making motorcycles accessible to middle-class families and rural areas.
In 2011, the partnership between Hero and Honda ended. After the separation, the company was renamed Hero MotoCorp. Today, Hero MotoCorp is one of the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturers.
Hero Honda is remembered for its strong quality, trust, and contribution to the growth of the motorcycle industry in South Asia.
