"HYDRATING" SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 big cucumber
250 g red beans
200 g corn grains
1 pepper
2-3 large tomatoes (or 180 g of cherry tomatoes)
1 linen of fresh coriander
1 lime / lemon
1 avocado
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Salad "Moisturizing" - a massive and energizing meal for which your entire body will thank you! Even if you could eat it at least 2-3 times a week, it would be more than perfect! Poor calories (less than 300 / portion), rich in protein (10 grams / portion) and fiber (12 grams / portion) and high in water, this salad should become the best friend of every human being .
The procedure is commonplace, like all salads: wash the vegetables and cut (preferably cubes), except lime / lemon.
Chop and coriander, put all the vegetables in a large bowl. Squeeze the lime over, stir.
Add the piece of avocado cut cubes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
