I've also been away for a while, popping in just for watching some streams and comments, but I totally have lost an idea what to do on Steem. I'm hoping I will find a new project to do so I can start making new regular posts. :)

Because we're in a bear market with no end in sight it might be a good idea for you to look into business opportunities on the fiat side. You once mentioned shooting drone videos for customers. There's some paperwork involved if you do it professionally but it's doable and it's only in your best interests to buy a liability insurance as required and get all the permits. You could make videos for estate agents, for example. Or you could offer your services for companies that do roof inspections, for example. Some of your clients would be happy to let you post the drone videos on Steem as well enabling you to get paid twice for them.
Well... you can do posts a couple times a week, no need to make regular ones. Just do it for fun when you want to :d
