The item you see in the picture is our factory's magnet, which weighs 7000 kg. The current market price of this is about 2000000 takas. The function of this magnet is to hold the scrap with a magnet and put it in the furnace, which melts and becomes liquid. The reason for telling the details of this product is that, suddenly, today, the magnet is not catching any screws. That means there is an electrical short circuit inside somehow. They tell me that there is a problem and it needs to be repaired immediately. I heard about it and went to the physical and had an electrician check it. After seeing everything, I realised that there was no negligence in anyone's work here. It was due to the extreme heat. I reported it to the office and arranged to send it for repair immediately. I'm asking whoever it was sent to to repair it and send it back as soon as possible. Although there is still one magnet left. Without the magnet, production cannot be done. Production is provided for a reason.

This is a picture of our scrap yard where lakhs of tons of scrap are kept. Domestic and foreign scrap stock is kept. Today, the condition of the yard is not very good because of war-related reasons in Bangladesh and the world; the LC is not being done properly. When LC is done, ships are not coming to the port properly. The poor condition of the scrap yard today is due to various problems. However, the amount of scrap here must be at least 150 tons. We need 250 tons here every day, but some more scrap will arrive between 3 and 4 pm. With which production can be done at night. The material here is of very good quality. These scraps are called Brazilian motor parts material.

This is a picture of where melting is done in the furnace. Here, any large material that comes from the LC is resized, and after resizing, it is put into the furnace. Because the size of our furnace mouth is small, large material is sized using a cutter man. There are two cutters stationed at this location at all times, and they are always cutting large items. This is the hot charging department of our factory, where everything from billet casting to finished goods is produced. Today, the production is 16mm rods; the demand for 16mm rods is very high. If 500 tons of rods are ordered, 300 tons of them are 16mm. Today, the 16mm rod production target is 200 tons, but so far, production is going very smoothly without any problems. After it comes in as a billet, it is rolled, and then it comes out as a complete rod. To tell the truth, those who work in steel mills have to work with a lot of risks.

Today I went to the fair. It took a while to leave the office; there was a lot of work pressure today, so it took time to leave. I went to a plastic item store; I will buy some items for the house. I will buy some products that can be used especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The reason for buying from here is that there is a special discount. Today this shop is offering that the product you buy will cost only 20 takas. I bought about 4-5 items. The special attraction of the fair is the sale of cow dung; you can see such shops at the fair or any market. These are in great demand. Today I saw many people eating them with cereals. I stopped to see some, although I don't eat these.
