I hope you all are well. I hope you enjoy the beautiful moments of your daily life. Today I am very happy. I am participating in a beautiful cooking challenge held by @jyoti-thelight ma'am. For this challenge I have made a vegetable momos with great passion and love. In today's post I am going to share with you all my hand made delicious and healthy vegetable momos recipe. I love creating new dishes and sharing them with you all. I sincerely grateful to the ma'am for this beautiful cooking challenge. I hope you all will love my vegetable momos.

Types of steamed momos available in Lahore
Steamed momos have become very popular in Lahore these days. Many varieties are available at various restaurants and food stalls. Generally following types of steamed momos are found here.
1. Chicken Steamed Momos!
It is the most popular in Lahore. They have chicken mince and vegetable filling.
2. Vegetable Steamed Momos!
It include cabbage, carrots and other vegetables. It is so tasty and delicious.
3. Beef Steamed Momos!
Some places also make momos with beef mince. It is very delicious in taste.
4. Paneer Momos!
It include cheese and vegetable filling. It makes the taste even better.
5. Cheese Momos!
Cheese is added to them. It makes the taste of momos creamier and more delicious.
My favorite kind!
I love vegetable steamed momos the most. Because they are light, healthy and full of flavor. Fresh vegetable filling and soft dough layer make it taste very delicious. When eaten with a hot spicy sauce, they taste even better, which is why I love vegetable momos the most.

| Carrot One Medium |
| Capsicum Two Small |
| Cabbage As Needed |
| Onion One Medium |
| Green Coriander As Needed |
| Green Chillies Two Slices |
| Soya Sauce Two Tablespoons |
| Salt As Taste |
| Black Pepper Powder One Spoon |
| Red Chilli Flakes One Spoon |
Preparation Of Momos Filling! |

Step 1!
To make vegetable momos. First I made the vegetables. I washed all the vegetables properly. After washing it well. I started cutting them. I finely chopped onions, capsicum, carrot and cabbage into very small pieces. Then I also finely chopped the green chillies. Along with this I chopped fresh coriander as well.

Step 2!
I started making the filling for the momos. I placed a pan on the stove. I added a oil. After adding the oil. I added onions and carrots. Then I also added the other two vegetables the capsicum and cabbage.
Step 3!
After adding the vegetables. I mixed well. Then started frying. While frying the aroma and color become very nice. I always enjoy this step in cooking because the smell is so good and the vegetables look very vibrant. In this step I cooked the vegetables properly.

Step 4!
Then I added the spices to the vegetables. I added black pepper powder, red chili flakes and salt. I adjusted the spices according to my taste. After that I added some soy sauce. I fried everything together for a little while. In this way the filling for our momos was ready.

Step 5!
I took a bowl. I add all purpose flour. I added a ghee and a pinch of salt. After that I gradually add water. I kneaded the dough. It is soft and smooth.
Step 6!
Then I made small balls of it. After making it. I dusted lightly with flour and started rolling it. I rolled each ball into a slightly larger shape.
Step 7!
Then I took the dough balls that I had rolled. I started filling them with the prepared vegetable filling. After adding the filling. I began shaping each one into a momos shape. In this way I filled all the momos. I shaped perfectly.
Step 8!
I start the steam process. I greased the steamer with a oil. I placed the momos inside it. I had already added boiling water to the pan. So I placed the steamer over it. I covered it to steam the momos for 10 minutes. After ten minutes the momos perfectly cooked. It is ready to serve.
