Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.

For the past few days, I had been suffering because my laptop wasn’t working properly. It affected my work badly, which made me quite eager to take it to a technician and get it fixed. With this reason in mind, I had already planned to go to Srinagar city, as I needed to drop my laptop at one of the service centres. Today was the day I had to do the same.

Early in the morning, after completing my ablution, I offered my prayers and started my day with some activity that lifted my spirits and helped me stay positive throughout the day. After having breakfast, I left home. My first task was to visit my new office, where I have been assigned on special duty, to get my attendance certificate signed by the concerned authority. I needed to submit this certificate to my old office in order to draw my salary. For this reason, I moved towards the new office, which lies at a distance of about 20–25 km, though in a different direction.

Meanwhile, I also had to carry some items that my sister-in-law had asked me to give to her friend, who lives almost halfway along the route to my new office. Upon reaching the office, it took some time to get my attendance certificate signed because the officials there were already occupied with other work. I had to wait till afternoon, and only after that was I able to get it signed. I then submitted it to my old office via email.

After that, it was time to head towards Srinagar city, where I had to drop my laptop at one of the service centres I had visited earlier. Unfortunately, the laptop had started malfunctioning again, and since most of my work depends on it, I was quite anxious to get it repaired. I parked my car and walked to the service centre, where I met the same person I had interacted with before. They were helpful and polite, but since I reached quite late in the day, they asked me to bring the laptop the next day, as it was already time for them to close.

Next, I had to buy some items that my sister-in-law had asked for, including detergent, room fresheners, brushes, a gas heater, and some food items. For this, I went to a nearby government corporate store located in the Lal Chowk area. We get some discount there, and it took me a while to select the items, as a wide variety was available.

After completing my shopping, it was time to head back home. It was a pleasant drive, especially while crossing the flyover during sunset. Upon reaching Chadoora town, I parked my car and went to the barber. There, I came to know that my usual barber had returned to his home state, but some other professionals were available, and I got my haircut done. I felt quite relieved, as my long hair had started irritating me.

Later, I headed back home, taking a different route because a bridge had collapsed a couple of weeks ago. Although I wasn’t very familiar with this route, the drive back home was still enjoyable. It was quite late, around 8 PM, when I finally reached home. After resting for a while, I had some tea and waited for dinner. As I was already exhausted, I went to sleep earlier than usual.

Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
