As it was Ramadan, I had to wake up very early for the obligatory pre-dawn meal and the morning prayers. Upon getting up, I quickly performed ablution and then went to the dining room to have the pre-dawn meal. Only after finishing the meal did I head towards the mosque for Fajr prayers. Since these are considered among the holiest days in the Islamic calendar, I spent some extra time in the mosque, seeking blessings from Almighty Allah and making supplications.

After returning home, I went straight back to bed to get some more rest. Around 10:30 AM, I woke up, freshened myself, and went to my room to do some reading for a while. After finishing a few chapters, I decided to clean my car, which had not been washed for several months. A lot of dust and mud had accumulated on it, and it felt embarrassing to drive it in such a condition.

As soon as I started, it was time for the afternoon prayers. I paused my work and went to offer the prayers. After returning home, I installed the water motor to begin cleaning the car properly. The strong water pressure helped remove the mud without even touching the surface, and I managed to clean the exterior thoroughly.

Then it was time to clean the interior. Since the car had not been cleaned for months, I removed the mats and discovered a lot of food particles underneath them, probably spilled during earlier trips. I used a vacuum cleaner and an air blower to remove all the dust and debris. It took quite some time to finish the cleaning, and finally, I washed the car with shampoo to give it a fresh look.

Later, a friend called and asked me to accompany him to our nearest town, where we usually offer prayers. We left to join the congregation for the afternoon prayers. After returning home, it was time to break the fast. I broke my fast with the food already arranged on the dining table. Soon after, I offered the evening prayers and then had an early dinner.

After dinner, I read a few more chapters of Indian Polity. Later, when the call for prayer was made from the nearby mosque, I went to offer the special Taraweeh prayers, which are exclusively performed during the holy month of Ramadan. After completing the prayers, I returned home, went to bed, and thus ended my day.
