Application Steemit Challenge Season 33 || A traditional soups that boosts your energy.
Greetings @steemitblog
According to the Announcement of SC SEASON 33 invitation, the Steemit Challenge Season 33 will begin, and I consider it is a great opertunity to share my culinary prowess with my fellow Steemains this season. Numerous teams have been used, and I'm hoping that this new season will be more successful and efficient.
Soups hold a significant place in our country's traditional culinary practices. They have long been prepared and served in various forms—acting as flavor enhancers and appetizers, as well as aids to digestion after a meal. Over the coming weeks, I will share recipes for some of these soups; I hope you find them both healthy and delicious. We will also be learning about these special dishes in detail over the next six weeks.

The subject to be covered
In this SLC 33 season, over the course of six weeks, we will explore a different traditional soup—covering its preparation method, recipe, and required ingredients—in detail each week. I have listed below the soaps for each year; I hope you like them.
Week- 1: Pepper Tomato Rasam
I am going to teach you how to make Tomato Rasam( Pepper Tomato Soup) with its recipe for the first week. Tomato Rasam is a traditional Indian soup prepared using tomatoes, black pepper, dried red chilies, cumin, and asafoetida. Pepper rasam is prepared here in various ways; some varieties are made using tamarind, while others are prepared using the water drained from cooked lentils.
It is typically served after a meal, as it aids digestion and helps the body process the food consumed. This South Indian Rasam is a world-renowned recipe.

Week- 2: Mutton Soup
In the second week, I will explain in detail how to prepare mutton trotters soup and discuss its benefits; this soup is a highly nutritious dish commonly prepared and served in India. It is customary to prepare and serve a soup made from the cleaned bones and legs of the goat when cooking and consuming mutton; this soup serves to stimulate the appetite and enhance the flavor of the meal.
Serving this soup to young people and children is highly beneficial; it is particularly helpful for those involved in sports. Additionally, preparing this soup for individuals recovering from accident-related injuries can aid in their speedy recovery.

Week- 3 : Country Chicken Soup
I am going to teach you how to make a Country Chicken Soup with its recipe for the 3rd week. 'Nattu Kozhi' soup—or country chicken soup—is prepared and served across all regions of India. It is particularly valued for boosting immunity and is commonly served to those suffering from symptoms of the common cold or the flu.
It is customary to serve this chicken soup before the meal, as it is an excellent appetizer; moreover, its delicious taste ensures that everyone enjoys it.

Week- 4 : Lentil Veg Soup
In the fourth week, we will look in detail at how to prepare a soup made by cooking vegetables in the water drained from boiled lentils—a dish known as Paruppu Rasam. This soup is both delicious and healthy. This includes soups made from various types of lentils. This week, I am going to write about a soup made from toor dal (split pigeon peas), as well as how to add vegetables like carrots and beans to it.

Week- 5 : Sweet corn soup
In this fifth week, we are going to look at Sweet Corn Soup—a soup made from corn that is both delicious and healthy—and learn how to prepare it. Since this corn is widely grown in tropical regions, it is used in various culinary preparations; in this context, sweet corn soup stands out as an excellent dish.
Although making this sweet corn soup is very easy, this week we will learn about the required ingredients and the recipe itself. This soup is incredibly flavorful and acts as an excellent appetizer; it is customarily served before the main meal. Although a variety of foods—such as popcorn—are made from corn, this soup is considered a key favorite among children and young people.

Week- 6: Chickpeas Soup
The last and 6th week , I am going to teach how to make a Chickpeas Soup. Chickpeas or Sundal is a staple in traditional cuisine; a wide variety of dishes are prepared using it—whether as whole chickpeas, as a chutney, or by processing it into flour.
The soup prepared this way is both delicious and healthy. Although it is very easy to make, preparing it correctly results in an excellent dish. Rich in protein, it is a highly nutritious beverage that is particularly suitable for children and young people.
