FRAME CUTTING
Yesterday, we visited a photo frame manufacturing unit to place an order for our studio. Various stages of production were underway, and I recorded videos of each process. I captured footage of someone operating the frame-cutting machine; I’d like to show you how the cutting is done, and I hope you find it interesting. While wooden beading was traditionally used for photo frames, synthetic materials featuring beautiful, diverse designs are now trending. These are available in sizes ranging from half an inch to two inches, allowing us to select the exact length and width to suit our photos. Since photos come in standard sizes—such as 6x4, 5x7, 8x10, A4, and A3—they customize the frames to fit these specific dimensions.
