Have you made chicken curry with simmering? What makes it different from other recipes?

Yes, cooking on a low flame is an art. If you follow the right recipe, the special thing is that the spices and other ingredients blend well with the chicken, creating a wonderful aroma. When I tasted it after cooking and taking it off the stove, I had added the spices and other ingredients that were available in my pantry at that time.

Simmer Chicken- Chicken Curry - Recipe

INGREDIENTS

💚 Chicken Meat 💚 Onion 💚 Oil 💚 Chinnamon 💚 Ajwain 💚 Mustard seed 💚 Garlic 💚 Ginger 💚 tomato 💚 Cummin seeds 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Chicken masala powder 💚 Coriander leaves 💚 Salt

Step1 :

Take the chicken meat, wash it thoroughly with water two or three times, then add salt and turmeric powder and let it sit for a while. After that, wash it once more with water and set it aside. Clean the ginger and garlic, take the required amount, grind them into a paste, and set it aside.

Step 2 :

In a pan, heat oil and sauté the finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Add salt, cinnamon, cloves, and fennel seeds and sauté well. After sautéing, put the mixture in a blender and grind it into a paste.

Step 3 :

Then, place the same pan on the stove, add oil, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves. Then add the washed chicken pieces and sauté well. Sauté until the water in the chicken evaporates.

Step 4 :

After sautéing, add the ground ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. After some time, add the ground tomato-onion paste,add chicken masala powderm turmeric powder and them mix well, and cover the pan, cooking on low flame until the chicken is cooked.

Step 5 :

Cooking on low flame ensures that the chicken cooks thoroughly, and the added spices blend well with it.

Step 6 :

Keep the stove on low flame and keep stirring the gravy well.

Step 7 :

After cooking on low heat for about ten minutes, open the lid, and once its aroma is released, stir it once. Then, take the coriander leaves, chop them finely, and add them to the dish.

Step 8 :

After five minutes, turn off the stove and let it cool down.

Now the lucious Simmer Chicken- Chicken Curry is ready, serve hot with any tomato sause and green chutney.
