We had gone to the G Square City real estate site in Coimbatore at L&T bypass highway road. We needed to check some residelntial plots there, about which I will write here. We have already visited and inspected two or three plots of their various projects sites ; this time too, we visited the sites in a similar manner.

This project was developed across an area of ​​approximately 100 acres, with over a thousand plots. It includes two projects: G Square City One and G Square City 2. Since it is very close to the highway, transportation is extremely convenient. Moreover, with the railway station and airport being just about five kilometers away, I believe this project will be successful.

This is a completely gated community, so whether you are someone visiting a flat or an owner who has bought a plot inside, you are only allowed entry after registering. The archway is very large, and nearby there is a selfie point called 'I Love You Square'. The entrance is beautifully designed, and after you register, the security guards seated there ask where you want to go and guide you accordingly.

Although this project had started just two years ago, those who had bought plots inside had already begun building their houses. Some houses were nearing completion, while construction was underway on others. There were 40-foot roads leading to the plots, and the main road was an 80-foot road. There were also separate access roads. All the roads were paved with asphalt and were well-maintained with walls and trees on both sides.

The plots being sold here are in high demand. Currently, one cent is being sold for approximately 12 lakh rupees, and the plots near the highway are even more expensive. Since we believe the prices will increase further in the future, we thought this would be a suitable time to invest. As many plots had already been sold, we searched for the remaining available plots and inspected them to see if they would be suitable for us. One or two plots seemed appropriate; we inquired about their prices and also learned about the features available here. These include water supply, electricity, and drainage facilities. Similarly, those who buy a plot are given club membership.

Members of the clubs here have access to facilities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, badminton court, tennis court, and cricket ground free of charge. There is also a children's garden. A shopping complex has been built for the convenience of the residents, alongside the sports facilities. Furthermore, they have promised to provide internet access in the future. Since all the electrical wiring is installed underground within the complex, there is no possibility of wires hanging outside.

After hearing about all their features, we were very satisfied and planned to buy a flat there. We obtained the relevant documents and agreements to read, and then left the place and returned home.
