The red and white flag is the flag of Indonesia's pride. The Red and White is also the one who then didaulat the flag of NKRI (Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia). No doubt, this flag becomes a sacred flag for Indonesian citizens.
Given how big the meaning of red and white flag for the nation of Indonesia, the government released a special rule on how to treat the red and white flag. The main purpose is to keep the red and white flags awake. then we must equally maintain the honor of a very sacred flag
