Good afternoon, friends. I had the pleasure to visit in 2011 - Museum-reserve "Prokhorovskoye Pole" . In the photo from two expositions of the Museum of Prokhorovka field.
In the foreground a sculptural composition "Tank battle of Prokhorovka. Clash." It is dedicated to historic tank battle of Kursk. 12 July 1943 master sergeant A. Nikolaev and R. Chernov on the "T-34" collided with the German tank "Tiger". A feat that Tiger tank is equipped with thicker armor and a lot much more than a light tank "T-34".
