The Manufacture of Wooden Buildings

Had a chance to work on the assembly of wood construction for houses and baths. A lot of experience, the work is interesting, I will share with you photos and details.

It's a woodworking machine, which rounds the trunks to the desired diameter. For its operation needs one operator. The speed of the machine and the speed of cutters is adjustable using the remote. The tree trunk is clamped in a special device. Through the mechanisms, the trunk rotates. Cabin with cutters begins to move on the rails and cuts the excess wood. So rounded off a log.

This milling cutter, which cuts a piece of wood. They are equipped with 6 blades that spun with the bolts. What happens is that the knife flew from the cutters during operation. It's a bit like the gap of fragmentation grenades. We lay on the ground, that would not get injured)

After the required number of items harvested, begins the assembling frame. Each building has its own individual project. The installation is made twice. Preliminary ("rough") assembling needed to identify possible defects at the place of manufacture. Final installation is done on the foundation.
