This is so crazy..... you know seeing a picture of a castle gives me the feeling of youth and more get to see the architecture inline with history . Thats just everything summed up . I only see castle in movies i was of the thought that only maybe a few were available. I never even thought they had plans ..you know they are really fortified so maybe you just get a piece of land and raise stones.

Thanks for the compliment and for stopping by to comment. I'm glad you enjoyed the post. All castles/forts were built for a reason. Most often we think of them only in terms of defending some rich member of royalty, but more often they were created to protect trade, the local economy and trade routes. In this way, they are very interesting to me (my economist side).
Really interesting i would have had the notion of a castle or fort for nobles all me life. Would never have likened it to trade or business . Really something
