Let's take a look at some of the historical monuments, that delivered the past in to our day as a mission , after the conquest of Istanbul has been destroyed by various causes or very few.

Forum of Arcadius

It builded in the year 403 as a square in Istanbul and it used as a human trafficking area and it demolished in 1715.

Augustaion , Ayasophia Square

Great palace of Constantinople

It got destroyed in 1700's

Palace of Boukoleon

There used to be a palace next to bosphorus however it got destroyed in 1715.

Chalke , Bronze door of the City

Well it some part of this symbolic door destroyed in 14th century and the rest is destroyed in 18th century.

Hippodrome of Constantinapole

This was the most well known building from the Byzantium era , however its gone too.

Well the pictures and places I shared is probably not even the 5 percent that constantinapole heritages , eventhough these beatiful pieces parished through war and raiding , there are still a lot of history living in the Istanbul.

The sense of the historical past can not be forgotten. Past glories are also the collapse of the past as the basis that there is progress of today's present in Turkey's rapidly advancing state.

We'll never know when history will reveal the truth about himself. Only time can tell if what recorded in books are all real.
