When a person gets 100+ votes on 5 posts and doesn't show up in the top payouts, I think...bots.

I had a lot of my instagram followers join Steemit. I have a post that went over 100 votes... but all my upvoters have such a small amount of steem power... it only hit 20 dollars :)
