That’s correct - I made the change when I realised that almost all of the prizes were being withdrawn and so many people were powering down. I want to build a self-supporting community where everybody grows together which is only possible if people have the power to support each other.
So instead of liquid STEEM, I doubled the prizes and changed them to delegations instead.
