Big companies and big business can only use social media to "remember". In small and medium-sized businesses, all this is combined with the direct search for customers.

"Brand Advocates" - if people like the service and services, then they begin to advocate the client, including in a digital way - to talk about the company. If this is already happening, it means that the company has achieved success and is loved.

You also need the power of a blog to collaborate with partners, a company or brand is more interesting if there is a strong blog. Having your own "little Instagram newspaper" is always good.

There are three types of media - captured, paid and own. Captured ones are free, for example, like reviews on google maps, paid ones are advertising. Own - this includes accounts in social networks.

On my own behalf, I would add that now, after listening to a 40-minute course on marketing, almost everything that the lecturer said seems familiar. However, in some moments it is still new information, and besides, it is a systematization of all knowledge.

Thus, there is an opportunity to get a foundation, and already on its basis to study further, since this course has another two and a half hours.
