I wanted to ask about this because lately I’ve been hearing HGH mentioned more often around my gym, especially by people talking about recovery after injuries. Earlier this year I strained my shoulder during overhead presses, and even though it improved, I still feel discomfort whenever I return to heavier workouts. One of the older members at the gym told me that years ago people in sports circles would often discuss HGH when recovery became frustratingly slow. That made me curious enough to read more about it online, and while looking around I found human growth hormone for sale among other sources. The problem is that every place seems to describe it differently, so now I’m just trying to understand how much of the discussion is based on real medical situations and how much is just gym mythology.
