Recording of the 24-Apr-2020 SPRING CONCERT
Many thanks to José Cabrera (@joseacabrerav) and his musician friends for gracing us with a fabulous "live" Spring Concert in TheTerminal discord server! The event took place Friday, 24-Apr-2020 at 9:30 pm UTC.
Two hours 22 minutes (02:22) were recorded, although the audio quality of this concert was not as good as that of the concert this past December, sadly. 🙁 With more people home due to COVID-19, there seemed to be more widespread Internet connectivity issues as well as problems with sound quality on Discord, but we did our best. Unless you're an audiophile with a fine ear for sound, the audio will probably be acceptable for most people.
NOTE: The first few minutes of the video sound especially rough, but it gets somewhat better after the first three or four minutes, so skip ahead if the beginning drives you crazy!
Also of note: All instruments in this concert were tuned to 432 Hz, which is considered to be a frequency more attuned to natural vibrations that occur within the universe and the human body. As such, the resulting music is deemed by many to be more pleasant and even have purported 'healing' properties.
There was much good music — some of it original, some of it old folk songs of Venezuela, and a couple were covers of popular contemporary hits. There were some wonderful voices that brought these songs to us and the simultaneous text-chat revealed that the audience was having a great time!

José Cabrera (@joseacabrerav) and friends performed this concert for free, without expecting any compensation. However, if you enjoyed the concert and can afford to tip a couple of STEEM their way, I am sure they would appreciate the gesture, particularly as difficult as life remains for folks in Venezuela. And if you cannot afford to send a tip, consider sending positive vibes, instead, or do something kind for someone in your neighborhood!
