A THORNY LITTLE THING

While walking along the border of the woods in the evening ...

... I noticed this minuscule beetle covered with thorns.

It was very small, so the details were visible only through the macro lens.

This is the Dicladispa testacea, a spiky Leaf beetle from the Mediterranean area.
