Slender Waist (Freewrite Challenge)

Everyone looking at her whenever they see her walk with confidence. It might be some kind of jealousy because she's a total package. Beauty, confidence, slender waist, and everything any woman wanted to have on their appearance.

She rarely look at them as a response. All she knows is the jealousy whenever they see how beautiful she is. The confidence is there. She's undeniably beautiful whatever her size is, but she feels unloved because of her weight in the past.

There's struggle in her that nobody doesn't know. Extreme bullying brought her to strict diet which turned into an eating disorder. Looking at glossy magazines, TV, movies, and slimming products gave her a distorted view of beauty. She may be beautiful and slender but she's suffering secretly with anorexia.

We are fed by the media and society regarding what's beautiful and what's not. The funny thing is the hypocrisy. Celebrities including Kelly Clarkson was often laughed at on her body, often by the media. We all know that Adele has become slim. Even Rebel Wilson has gone through weight loss program. There's nothing wrong about that if you are trying to lose weight to become healthy. Media made fun of people with big sizes calling them unhealthy, pork, obesed, or any term they might even create based on one's body. Media also criticized Rebel when she's losing weight. Whatever you do, media (and society) has something to say. Body image issues and fat shaming, we're all fed by them.
