Utter Silence (Freewrite Challenge)
She may be one of the top students in the university but she rarely talks to anyone. Everytime she walks by they sing "Weird" by Hanson but she pay no attention towards them. On her seat in the classroom when she's alone, she's crying. Whenever noise come indicating her classmates are coming in, she wipes her eyes immediately and and pretends she's reading her book.
No one talks to her, and the professor sees she's suffering. Despite her worries on her, she declined to ask her thinking she might be a total introvert. On one of their class report, she raised her hand giving her the attention. She abruptly stopped talking and uttered silence. Whispered something, and everyone thinks it's gibberish, and she went on with her speech. It brought shock to the faces of everyone in their room, and clapped afterwards after ending with a great conclusion.
After the class, the professor, totally worried about her student, asked her to stay and asked if she has any problems. She just cried for about 5 minutes. Wiped her eyes and smiled at the professor, and thanked her for asking what she feels. Nobody ever asked her if she has any problem, and she related how an "internal enemy" is battling against her.
