Counter-Strike : Global Offensive

Counter-Strike is always my favorite games and I decided to write about it as my first post here.

All gamers know Counter-Strike, it is a multiplayer first-person shooter video game and the latest one is Counter-Strike Global Offensive.

CS-GO is the fifth one, the other ones :

• Counter-Strike,
• Counter-Strike : Condition Zero,
• Counter-Strike : Condition Zero Deleted Scenes,
• Counter-Strike: Source
• Counter-Strike Online.

Counter-Strike pits two teams against each other: the Counter-Terrorists and the Terrorists.

They are tasked with eliminating the other while also completing separate objectives.

The Terrorists, depending on the game mode, must either defend the hostages and plant the bomb, while the Counter-Terrorists must either prevent the bomb from being planted, rescue the hostages or defuse the bomb.

Counter-Strike has nine game modes, all of which have distinct characteristics specific to that mode.

It also has matchmaking support that allows players to play on dedicated Valve servers, as well as allowing members of the community to host their own servers with custom maps and game modes.
