Once you have Effective power of 500 SP, you can set the vote weight. Every time you click the vote button, a slider would pop up. Too bad, you delegated out almost everything you have on your own and live with the delegated in power, so your Effective power is still below 500 SP.

        I see! That makes sense..

        I stopped increasing my delegation a week or two after joining the program as per our discussion..
