The Acting Regent of Bireuen Urges State Civil Apparatus to Maintain Neutrality Ahead of the 2024 Regional Head Election.
The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is obliged to maintain its neutrality by being free from influence or intervention from all groups and political parties. This was stated by the Acting Regent of Bireuen, Aulia Sofyan, at a morning rally in the courtyard of the Bireuen Regent's Office, Monday 15 July 2024.
Acting Regent Aulia Sofyan said that this information had already been heard from intelligence, so she hoped that ASN would not maintain neutrality, let alone have direct contact with or support one of the candidates for regent, deputy regent, candidate for governor and deputy governor in the upcoming regional elections.
Today, it has been heard that ASN is involved in supporting one of the Bireuen Regent candidates even though it has not yet entered the campaign stage, we received reports that echelon II and echelon III are approaching one of the candidates, please leave immediately, because whoever is involved, their names have already been registered with us ," stressed Aulia Sofyan while admitting that she would take firm action against the echelons involved.
"If it is violated, strict action will be taken," he said.
The Acting Regent also instructed sub-district heads to register children who are not yet in school for economic reasons.
"If there are children dropping out of school for economic reasons, immediately report it to me and we will help follow up," said Aulia Sofyan to the sub-district heads.
It was stated that, according to the direction of the Governor of Aceh, no more children under the age of 9 should not go to school. Therefore, he asked the sub-district heads to immediately coordinate with the keuchik to collect data on underprivileged children who need school uniforms.
Then, the Acting Regent of Bireuen mentioned to the parents of students whose children are entering education this year that they must be supervised and paid attention to so that their children are enthusiastic about pursuing education.
"Furthermore, it is hoped that sub-district heads will always monitor parents who do not meet their educational needs so that they are reported immediately," he asked.
The Acting Regent of Bireuen also emphasized the echelons to continue to convey actual information related to the health sector to the public, and also asked the sub-district heads to record regional assets that had not been recorded.
Aulia also said that government assets must be completely recorded again, this is a direct mandate from the Aceh Prosecutor's Office which must be followed up.
The Acting Regent also expressed his appreciation to a number of heads of Regency Work Units (SKPK) who had met achievement targets, including the Dayah Education Service and the Library and Archives Service.
Apart from that, on this occasion, Aulia Sofyan conveyed several important directions to the Bireuen Regency state civil servants (ASN), sub-district heads and all related levels.
