STEEM AMAL OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: @anroja is now also in charge for Steem Amal Operation Leader

Recently, steem.amal has implemented major programs in North Aceh, Bener Meriah, and Lhokseumawe. The last 4 programs in August are Housing, Mask distribution, and two fires emergency response. Other than those programs, steem amal still has some remaining programs that need to be implemented soonest possible.

Since the workload of my personal professional assignment in the Sea Port (During Oil&Gas gas drilling preparation) and also considering the remaining program of steem.amal, as the STEEM FOR BETTER LIFE program manager, I need to find the best solution to control the activity cash flows. As you may have aware that Steem.amal is part of STEEM FOR BETTER LIFE PROGRAMS in Indonesia, hence, I decided to temporarily delegate the operational control and necessary decision to @anroja. It is base on the Internal meeting in North Aceh on August 5th, 2021.

As the leader of the steem.amal he is now taking the operation directly to lead the whole program and authorize to make any necessary decision in regard to steem.amal financial decision and daily operation. This decision is made by the basic operation requirement as it has been the most important thing to ensure the smooth running of steem.amal program implementation. The new operation leader will coordinate with board members and he has my full support regarding the program.

The remaining program of steem that need to be implemented soonest possible are as below:

1. The Community Economic Development Program. There were 12 slots for the beneficiaries of the program, and 6 out of 12 programs have been implemented in various areas. The remaining six slots are; 1 in Pidie Jaya, 1 in Samalanga, 2 in East Aceh, 1 in Jambo Aye and the last one is in Lhokseumawe.

2. The scholarship program. The program has not been implemented and the fund will be transferred directly to their account. There are 30 slots for the beneficiaries. The 30th slots will be distributed accordingly as per regency, the first plan will be distributed in 7 regencies; East Aceh, North Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Bener Meriah, Bireuen, Pidie Jaya, Pidie.

The total remaining budget is as you can see on the table below:

The available budget of IDR 183,591,423.57 is to replace the next 3 months' expenditure forecast (September-December 2021). Approximately we will need about IDR 300,000,000 to cover the whole implementation for the next 3 months including the next housing program. With the initial available budget, steem amal still need to have:

to cover the next budget replacement.

Base on the budget available, steem.amal will be able to plot the program for the next 3 months including 1 house in Pidie Jaya.
