The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, represented by the Head of the Center for Assembly and Modernization of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health, Dr. drh Agus Susanto MSi, Thursday, 4/17/2025, reviewed the village rice barn and attended the kenduri turun sawah in Paloh Kayee Kunyet Village (Gampong), Gandapura District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province.

"The government will assist two tractors, going down to the rice fields according to the natural cycle that is far from pest attacks so God willing three harvests a year can be carried out because there are reservoirs, drilled wells and pumping machines," said Muliadi.

The Deputy Regent of Bireuen in his speech said that he would continue to help the community with various agricultural needs and related parties to be able to encourage farmers to be able to move three plantings a year, the government will prepare Bireuen as a rice barn for Aceh.

Head of the Center for Assembly and Modernization of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, Agus Susanto, among others, said that rice farming may refer to several things related to fixed planting areas or to the area of land planted with certain crops.

Planting also integrates various aspects of agriculture, such as plants, livestock, and land management. Agus Susanto promised to review the areas, especially those that have been assisted by the government to increase harvest yields to increase food self-sufficiency in accordance with the current president's mission.

The meeting was also attended by farmer officers and Agricultural Extension Workers, Representatives of Kodim 0111/Bireuen, Chairperson of the KTNA Bireuen Farmers and Fishermen Contact, Muspik Gandapura and dozens of local people.
