Have a Blessed Day Everyone!

We have held a prayer and fasting gathering in preparation for our Feeding Activity and other event this month, and I am happy and blessed to be here attending.

This gathering we have is a monthly initiative for it is our best weapon before we do anything as we do believe that their is power in prayer and fasting.

The said activity is to be held on the assigned Church based on what the head of this activity announced in our group chat. When I read that this activity will be happening soon, I am very happy.

On that day, I was supposed to go early but I didn't go early due to other unexpected circumstances that we can't avoid but I thank God for I just arrived safe and sound.

It was already started and the assigned exhorter was already speaking. We have two who will speak, and although I was late, I still hear some points that being shared.

After the first exhortation which is very timely and important to us, as it was all about having faith even in the midst of trouble and problems in life.

It was then immediately followed by the prayer time where each assigned person will be leading us in prayer. The prayer items will start first with the International issues to be followed by National issue to be prayed.

We prioritize also our nation the Philippines as we all know that we're suffering from corruptions and other issues that may affects the less fortunate citizens in our country. We prayed for our National Government officers and other Departments.

We don't have lunch break since we have a fasting to do until 3:00 PM. We now then continued by the exhortation of the second who will share which is our Section's Presbyter.

What I really learned from his message today is that, whatever situation we have right now. Let us all used that not for our selves but for God alone, and we really thank God for we've been reminded.

We have then continued our prayer time and again the assigned person will be the one who will led the prayer and at this time, it is more about local and personal issues.

Just before 3:00 PM, our prayer and fasting gathering has officially ended and we all thank and praise God for the successful event we have in preparation for the feeding and mission as will as the other events and activities to come.

It is now also time for our breaking and the host Church have prepared a soup or somewhat we call as Arozcaldo. We need to eat something like not a heavy meal. It is now also time for us to go home after as we need to rest.
