Walking
Walking has many advantages over other exercises. It is free, requires no special equipment or training, and is a safe, low impact workout with a low risk of injuries and accidents. You can walk at any time of the day, at a pace you are comfortable with. You can walk alone or with company.

I have a nice walk route along a canal. Sometimes, I walk on the other side of the canal, which is more of a cyclist track, to get a different view of the walk route from that side.

I picked a time in the afternoon before the 'crowd' comes in. 😊 The route is very popular with the nearby residents in the mornings and evenings.
