The combination of Vivaldi’s Spring concerto with that spicy Otah Laksa makes for a very unique lunch atmosphere at SAFRA Toa Payoh. I'm curious, does the laksa have a strong spicy kick compared to the usual Ya Kun menu items? 🍜🎻
