Acts of Kindness || Implementation of the 1st MTQ Activities in Our Village
Dear friends, admins, and all moderators of our beloved community. May we always be under His protection!
The Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) in our village actually took place some time ago, precisely towards the end of 2025. This activity was attended only by our village children, from early childhood education (PAUD), kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, and vocational school levels. This activity was born from the enthusiasm of the village officials, who allocated funds for this inaugural MTQ event.
Previously, when I served as the head of the Village Tuha Peuet, I and all the other participants proposed that this MTQ event be held to inspire and identify talented individuals in the religious field among each village child.
This event took place several days ago and concluded smoothly without any issues. Although there was heavy rain on the night of the event, the event proceeded safely and smoothly until its conclusion.
As a member of the organizing committee for the first MTQ (Qualifying Religious Competition) in our village, I am very proud of the success of this event. Thanks to the hard work, struggle, and prayers of every villager, this event serves as a starting point for the next MTQ event next year.
The first MTQ (Islamic Religious Competition) in our village was met with great enthusiasm by all the parents and guardians of the students who participated. The committee worked tirelessly, especially from registering the children, guiding the day and evening activities, to the closing ceremony, and awarding trophies and other prizes to the winners and those who did not win.
The MTQ, which specifically included several Islamic religious competitions, was the first step in implementing the first MTQ in our village. Previously, this activity had only been held at religious study centers or Islamic boarding schools (Dayah) within our village.
As a member of the committee and host of the first MTQ (Quotes and Recitations) in our village, I felt proud to see the village children perform with such enthusiasm on stage. They were outstanding, and now is the time to nurture their mentality and enthusiasm so that they will no longer suffer from stage fright as adults.
Furthermore, to the entire committee, consisting of the village youth, village officials, and other stakeholders, they worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to ensure the success of this first MTQ. And, thank God, this first MTQ was brilliantly closed by our village head.
Friends, that concludes my presentation for today. I welcome your suggestions and comments. Please forgive me for any errors in this post. Wassalam.
