Temporary closing night of village youth religious study
Dear friends, admins, and all moderators of this beloved community. May we always be under His protection!
Last Saturday night, February 13, 2026, was the last night of our village youth's regular religious study group, welcoming the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan. To commemorate this, we, the youth, village officials, and all other villagers, held a small event to mark the temporary closing of the village youth study group.
Just like welcoming the holy month of Ramadan last year, this year's temporary closing of our village youth study group was also held with a slightly more luxurious celebration, namely a communal meal featuring goat curry, with more goat cooked than last year.
To raise funds for the temporary closing of the religious study group, the youth leader, assisted by the entire youth team, raised funds from deserving friends, until enough was collected to hold a communal meal on the final night of the study group welcoming the holy month of Ramadan.
After Friday prayers in the afternoon, all the youth began preparations for the evening meal. Preparing the goat curry and other dishes took place in the middle of the afternoon.
In the evening, the recitation did not take place as usual, it was just that the entire congregation, both youth and parents, held a joint condolence by giving rewards to all the teachers and people who had gone before us all.
Meanwhile, several other youths were busy preparing and serving food and drinks to be enjoyed together on the closing night of this youth religious study group.
At precisely 9:00 p.m., the final evening meal was held with great enthusiasm and togetherness. However, before that, the village head offered a few words of advice specifically directed at the youth, urging them to increase their attendance at future religious studies, both from the youth and the wider community.
