The fun of playing soccer with children
Dear friends, admins, and all beloved community moderators. May we always be under His protection!
The excitement of playing soccer with my school children, especially those in senior grades, lies in the bonding moments, the joy of scoring goals and running, and the learning of positive values such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Furthermore, this physical activity also provides immeasurable health benefits.
I often take advantage of my classmates' class time to enthusiastically participate in soccer activities. My main goal, besides exercising for personal health, is also to provide an opportunity to train my children in soccer. We often hold soccer competitions between our school children and neighboring schools.
The excitement of playing soccer with my school children, especially the upper grades, 5th and 6th, has a positive impact and creates moments of togetherness and joy. Playing soccer with them is certainly a way to strengthen relationships, especially for me and my students, as we can chat, laugh, and cheer together.
Another joy comes when we can express our joy and energy positively on the field, such as when scoring a goal or during other crucial moments. Especially when playing soccer in the rain, it's an unforgettable experience, especially for children.
Playing soccer with my schoolchildren isn't the only time I've done it. During my time as a teacher at this school for decades, I've always participated in sports with the upper-grade children. Sometimes, even some children wouldn't take soccer seriously if I didn't join them.
Besides the fun, playing soccer teaches children to support each other, work together, and understand the importance of responsibility and solidarity in achieving a common goal. Children use these moments to learn to play fairly and respect each individual involved.
Additionally, I also experienced the excitement of playing futsal with all the teenagers and young men in my village at night. Although we usually play these games every few weeks, we always enjoy the fun and togetherness.
