Language then is any act performed between two entities with communication being the end goal.

I must confess this is a classic definition of the word Language. Clean, neat and soft.

A man goes abroad and finds himself amidst people of a strange language begins to feel the discomfort in the rigor of communication, but as soon as he can find another individual that understands his language, a bond is mediately formed, which comes almost certainly with sort of joy

Honestly the joy of meeting ones country men in a strange land is the best way to explain the bond that is being formed by Language. Language has a power of bonding that nothing has.

And yes culture and Language are just so directly related. Understanding a culture is getting a better inside to the culture of a place.
