Hello to all my friends. Friends went to the mustard crop today. There are flowers on the mustard crop in our village. The fragrance of flowers spreads throughout the village. There is a beautiful atmosphere in our village nowadays. I made some pictures of mustard flowers while standing in the mustard crop that you would like to see. The mustard crop is very important to us because we extract mustard oil from it and it is also used in animal feed.

تمام دوستوں کو میری طرف سے السلام علیکم ۔ دوستوں میں آج سرسوں کی فصل میں گیا ۔ ہمارے گاؤں میں سرسوں کی فصل پر پھول لگے ہوئے ہیں ۔ پھولوں کی خوشبوؤں پورے گاؤں میں پھیلی ہوئی ہے ۔ بہت خوبصورت ماحول ہے آج کل ہمارے گاؤں کا ۔ میں نے سرسوں کی فصل میں کھڑے ہوکر سرسوں کے پھولوں کی چند تصویریں بنائیں جو آپ کو دیکھنا چاہوں گا ۔ سرسوں کی فصل ہمارے لیے بہت ہم ہوتی ہے کیونکہ ہم اس سے سرسوں کا تیل نکالتے ہیں اور یہ جانوروں کے چارے میں بھی استعمال ہوتی ہے

سرسوں کے تیل کے فوائد

سرسوں ایک اہم فصل اور اُس کا ساگ سردیوں کی قوت بخش غذا ہے ۔ غذائیت سے بھر پور اس ساگ کو دیہات کے لوگ بہت شوق سے کھاتے ہیں ۔ اس کی غذائیت گوشت کے مساوی ہے ۔ سرسوں کے ساگ کی طرح اس کا تیل بھی توانائی بخش اور صحت کے لیے بے حد مفید ہے ۔سرسوں کا تیل اس کے بیجوں سے کشید کرکے نکالا جاتا ہے ۔ سرسوں کا تیل کھانے پکانے کے لیے نہایت شوق سے استعمال کیا جاتا تھا ۔ صرف کھانا پکانے کے لیے ہی نہیں ،بلکہ بطور دوا بھی ۔ سرسوں کا تیل صحت افزا ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ حُسن افزا بھی ہے ۔پرانے وقتوں سے ہی خواتین اپنی جِلد اور بالوں کی خوب صورتی اور صحت کے لیے اسے استعمال کرتی آرہی ہیں ۔سرسوں کا تیل جِلد اور بالوں کی خوب صورتی و رعنائی میں اضافہ کرنے میں نہایت اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے ۔ سرسوں کے تیل کا جسم پر مساج جِلد کو تروتازہ ،جوان وصاف ستھرا کردیتا ہے اور خون کے دورانیے کو تیز کرنے میں معاونت کرتا ہے ۔ سرسوں کا تیل پھٹے ہوئے ہونتوں کو اچھا کرنے کا بہترین علاج ہے، لیکن اسے پھٹے ہوئے ہونٹوں پر نہیں لگائیں ،بلکہ رات کو سونے سے پہلے ناف میں دو تین قطرے ڈال کر سوجائیں اور یہ عمل روزانہ کریں ۔ اس عمل سے آپ کے ہونٹوں کا پھٹنا پن ختم ہوجائے گا اور وہ کبھی خشک نظرنہیں آئیں گے ۔یہ ایک حیرت انگیز وقدیم علاج ہے ،جو ہونٹوں کو قدرتی نرمی دیتا ہے اور انھیں ملائم و نم آلود رکھنے میں معاونت کرتا ہے ۔ سرسوں کا تیل بالوں کی قدرتی غذا ہے، لمبے، گھنے، مضبوط اورچمک دار بالوں کی مناسب نشوونما کے لیے سرسوں کا تیل بہترین ہے ۔ سرسوں کے تیل کو صرف سردیوں میں ہی استعمال کریں تو زیادہ بہتر ہو گا ،اس لیے کہ ا س کی تاثیر گرم ہوتی ہے اور سر د موسم میں اس کا استعمال جِلد اور بالوں کے لیے موٴثر ثابت ہوتا ہے
