Assalamu_Alaikum_wa_rahmatullah (Peace be upon you-Greetings)

Steemit is a blockchain based social media platform where we authors practice writing and curators support content and both get benefits. Is there any social media offer this awesome opportunity. Everyday I would love to thank my Almighty Allah who sent steemit to me and its worth our time,focus and attention in all aspects. In many of my blogs I've confess that what steemit means to me and how its contributing in my everyday life. Steem is my first cryptocurrency that I've earned online and later I met other crypto-currencies like bitcoin, Etherium, dogecoin and so on.

Why Steemit:

If I say I use steemit only to practice writing, overcome boredom then it will be lie, let me be honest with it. When I came back to steemit with the aim of never leaving, I came back after leaving my job. I left the job and later heard the company was no more so my decision was wise enough.
I've replaced my job with steemit though at the beginning earning was not as much I can earn from my fulltime job but I've tried to make my online identity as an author and Ofcourse for money. Steemit is now a name of addiction and believe me I'm away from other social media as they were waste of time and I've wasted my time there when I was a student.

Why Steemit Better Than Other Social Media :

For example, I'm thirsty for water and you offering me juice. For the moment my thirst may gone but my thirst for water only can be fulfilled by water right? For me steemit is that water which can save my life and fulfill my thirst and here juice is other social media which is colorful and entertain us a lot but can't complete the thirst I've for water. I think you get my point with this example.
Steemit is now a part of my life and other social media just for entertainment nothing more than that. My day start with this blockchain based blessing and end with it too. Notification is my most favourite area and number of more notification gives me pleasure. Many says that steemit has no private messaging option to communicate as a disadvantage where I believe this is the best part of steemit that there is no private messaging option where we can waste time by chit chating blah blahs. We can share valuable opinion via comment and we believe in having a friendly environment here. We can build ourselves as author cum curator, there is no lose. And steemit is not only a best competitor of social media but also the best competitor for other blogging platforms which pays off.
For me steemit is the best because the concept of it or designed it for the worldwide people who loves to share life stories, life events or I can say share life.

Advantages:

Huge advantages it has. One blog is not enough to talk about the advantages of steemit. We can earn money, learn from others. There are several community for teaching us about crypto or something else like cooking food, marketing status, news, views and so on. We can make it a better place to be and when we will be here, other social media will feel like tasteless. As I feel about it.
Once I was a social media maniac and this mania or addiction leave me when I decide not to waste my time for doing useless things in social media. Steemit already having amazing authors and they work really hard to help newbie authors. Steemit is the best replacement of time wasting social media platform. The best part of it, here you have no boss to rule you, you can do team work or you can choose your own way as an author or curator, no one will interfere in your work on steemit. We are not in any binding and we have freedom to explore. If we expect support we can simply follow communities and instructions if that match with us. No limitations, no restrictions, just being a human being is enough for this platform. No one going to judge your rute, your status or your lifestyle, if you are a good human being and humble, you are welcome here to explore and earn cryptocurrency too.

Disadvantages:

Well moon has marks but it still shines and we consider it beautiful. Steemit for me the moon which has some spots too. 1st negative side of steemit I found is page loading takes time sometimes Errors also found like Error404,502 and so on though its very rare case but for we steemit lovers its a kind of disadvantage. Next disadvantage is, many quality blogs doesn’t get attention for support and become a reason of author's discouragement. For now these two disadvantages found from my side. Over all steemit is the best. Its user friendly and mobile users smoothly can write blogs and put markdown styles if saved once from computer.

Conclusion:

Steemit is the best and I love this site very much. I'm thankful to steemit for having good friends from around the world, enough appreciation and love from friends here. Here people are friendly and helpful and for them steemit become a online paradise. Where there is good people to spread good vibes you can feel safe and find the peace and other social media is now like peace killer, time killer where people found busy with pulling others leg, making trolls, pranks so many negativities. But thankfully the environment of steemit is safe and sound where we can feel free to express feelings, No enemies and if someone try to harm they will be ignored so I feel more safe in this blockchain based social media.
